Vijay Diwas

Vijay Diwas is observed on December 16th annually to commemorate India's victory in the 1971 war against Pakistan. Vijay Diwas stands as a symbol of the bravery and sacrifice of Indian armed forces personnel. It's a day to pay tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation during the conflict. The day is marked with ceremonies, parades, and events across the country to honor veterans and their contributions. The war lasted for 13 days, from December 3rd to December 16th, resulting in a decisive victory for India.
